For all the little yogis out there, and expectant mothers, our seedling classes are built specifically for you. 

Depending on the age range, children will explore a variety of yoga inspired games, stories and activities encouraging them to stay mindful on and off the mat. This helps our little ones to develop a healthier connection with their emotions and will assist them in the future when faced with challenging situations. 

For our expectant mothers: 

You will be guided through a series of safe exercises, breathwork and gentle movements to assist you in connecting with your baby and body during this special time.
