The daughter of the Founder of Ashtanga Yoga will be in town to share her knowledge and guide us with an intensive program to elevate & deepen your understanding of the practice ✨
Attending her class will give you a Certificate of Attendance, which is a prerequisite and will apply to any Ashtanga School Worldwide. 🧘
If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit them in India, you’ll have the chance to experience practicing with them right here in Abu Dhabi!
