A slow-paced, healing class suitable for all levels and ages.  Postures are introduced in a slow, meditative manner, focusing on the healing and regenerative benefits of connecting the breath to movement.  Get your body out of stress-mode, release tension, calm the nervous system, gain clearer thinking and an overall sense of balance to the body, mind and soul.  No yoga experience or flexibility required.
