Sufi Dance and Sound Therapy

Exciting news! A special class is coming to Abu Dhabi where you can learn Sufi dance and meditation with Mr. Dervish.

The class has two parts.

In the first part, you'll enjoy Music Therapy and practice breathing and using your voice. Experience the beautiful sound of singing bowls and follow the teacher's voice to breathe and use your voice together.

The second part is all about Sufi Dance. Learn how to spin around gracefully while listening to live music.

You can choose to join just one part or both, depending on what you're interested in. It's a great chance to discover the joy of Sufi practices through music, movement, and relaxation.

Part 1: Sound Healing (7:15 PM - 8:00 PM)

Part 2: Sufi Dance (8:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

Please note that if you're only attending the Sufi Dance, you need to be here before 8:00 PM as the session will proceed as the sound healing is over.
